The camera is on, the audience is waiting, the journalist asks the one question you hoped to avoid. We train people to perform in exactly those moments: on air, on stage, at the negotiating table, and in their own public profile.
Every programme is built around a real situation you are facing. Not textbook cases. Yours.
Media training, crisis communication and press-conference rehearsal. Real cameras, hostile questions, video review.
Fourteen interview situations, from the soft lifestyle talk to the crisis interview with the journalist beside the camera. One studio day.
Nine TV modules in a green-screen studio with teleprompter and live links. One day on air at the radio desk.
A two-hour screen test across four formats and eight criteria, with a written verdict. For castings, talents and corporate faces.
Structure, storytelling, body language and voice for the board meeting, the keynote and the all-hands.
What you stand for, said in one sentence, carried through LinkedIn, media appearances and keynotes.
Insights Discovery, TKI, EQ-i/EQ360 and Positive Intelligence. Profile plus 60-minute debrief, bookable individually or as a team package.
Twelve in-house workshops, half a day to two days: presenting, storytelling, voice, Harvard negotiation, TKI, Insights, difficult conversations, cultures, stress, resilience.
Stress management and mental fitness for teams: a 90-minute impulse, a half-day workshop or a six-week programme. Measured.
Executive coaching one-to-one with two coaches in three languages. Resilience that can be measured.
Negotiation the Harvard way, IMI mediation, and what body language reveals when someone is uncertain.
We don't collect knowledge. We build experience. Every training follows the same arc, from the first call to the moment it actually counts.
Timing varies by programme; a TV presenting course runs over several studio days, a coaching over three to nine months.
Most presentation trainers have read about cameras. Ours have spent twenty years in front of them: as presenters, voices and moderators for Swiss television, radio and live events. That changes the training. The feedback is specific, the scenarios are real, and the studio in Forch is a working one.
Since 2026 the team covers German, French and English natively, with two executive coaches who sparring-partner each other: one plays the hostile journalist or the counterpart in a negotiation, the other watches your behaviour and signals.
Pharma and life sciences, banking and insurance, industry and technology, luxury hospitality and the public sector. And, discreetly, owner families.
“Giving a laudatio on live television, with several thousand people in the hall, was an honour and a challenge. Thanks to the coaching at Newbury it worked beautifully.”
Petra B. · Presentation coaching
“My voice was too high, barely audible, my breathing hectic. Staff and clients stopped listening. With Newbury I developed step by step.”
Caroline S. · Voice and speech training
“What costs me energy, how I communicate with whom, how I deal with people I find difficult: I learned that through my Insights profile and the coaching.”
Manuela L. · Insights Discovery debrief

Straight answers for the people who book us. If yours isn't here, Sebastian answers within one working day.
Yes. Most HR and L&D teams start with one studio day or one profile with a debrief. A proposal comes within a working day, dates within a week. Framework agreements exist for companies that book several times a year, but nobody needs one to start.
Sebastian Weidmann coordinates directly with your learning and development team: scoping, dates, participant lists, pre-work, feedback documents and evaluation. We deliver session descriptions, learning objectives and participant feedback in the format your LMS or talent system needs, and we have done this for programmes running across several countries.
German, French and English, natively, with two coaches who work as a team. Media, interview, presentation and Insights work runs in all three. TKI, EQ-i and Positive Intelligence debriefs run in French and English.
No. Trainings are scoped to the situation, so we quote per request, within one working day. Diagnostics (Insights, TKI, EQ-i, PQ profiles with a debrief) have fixed internal rates, so a per-person quote for a team comes back the same day.
Three ways, depending on the format. Media, interview and presentation trainings end with a written feedback sheet across six dimensions and the video of every take. Diagnostics can be run before and after a programme (EQ-i, PQ). Workshops close with a transfer plan with three concrete changes per participant, which you can follow up in your own review cycle.
One call. We need the situation (what is coming up, for whom), the number of people, the language, and the change you want to see. Everything else, including scenarios and critical topics, we collect in the briefing call with the participants or their manager.
In our studio in Forch near Zurich, with cameras, green screen and teleprompter, or on site at your offices. Debriefs and coaching also run by video.
The people on the team page, nobody else. Stephan Lendi and Cécile Bastien Remy for coaching, media, presentation, negotiation and diagnostics; Bea Jucker for radio and mindfulness formats. We tell you in the proposal who will be in the room.
Stephan Lendi is an IMI-accredited mediator with Harvard Law School training in mediation and negotiation, and an Insights Discovery practitioner. Cécile Bastien Remy is accredited in TKI, Insights Discovery, EQ-i 2.0 / EQ360 and Positive Intelligence. Details on the team page.
